The main ministries in charge of migration affairs in Poland:
Ministry of the Interior and Administration: Together with its subordinate authorities it is the main body dealing with migration affairs, including immigration (entry, residence); the asylum procedure and the reception of asylum seekers; border management and irregular migration; return and repatriation.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs: visa and consular affairs; foreign cooperation on migration policy.
Ministry of Labour and Social Policy: labour migration; integration policy.
