The main ministries in charge of migration affairs in Bulgaria:
Ministry of Interior: Together with its subordinate authorities it is the main body dealing with migration affairs, including immigration (entry, residence); asylum; border management and irregular migration; international cooperation.
Ministry of Labour and Social Policy: labour migration policy.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs: visas and consular support for Bulgarian nationals abroad.
