This infographic presents the different steps taken by Cabo Verde to develop a comprehensive data-driven migration policy.
The main steps taken by Cabo Verde in this matter were to:
- Take stock of the situation;
- Put in place the relevant institutional structure;
- Design and adopt a comprehensive migration strategy;
- Implement and monitor legislation.
The infographic is part of a series that was developed with the aim of sharing knowledge and good practices between actors concerned by migration and development questions. It was funded by the EU and elaborated by a consortium involving ICMPD and FIIAPP, in the framework of the third phase of the Rabat Process Support Project.
